Remember Downbeat? All those dope Hi-Fidelity releases, DJ Krush, Coldcut, Rockers Hifi, Nightmares On Wax, Rae & Christian, Boozoo Bajou, Butch Cassidy etc etc. My how the musical landscape has changed in the last few years, what was downbeat then has now morphed into the dirty dubstep. There is still the mellow vibes reminicent of this sound out there today, LV, Clouds etc. Here I have re-discovered a bunch of old tunes that where kicking around my old laptop just waiting see the light of day again.
