I love this era - highly influenced by the Motown sound with soulful ballads from The Techniques, The Uniques, Slim Smith, Ken Parker and Alton Ellis all over a Rocksteady beat from key house bands such as The Comets, The Techniques, Tommy McCook and The Supersonics and The Brentford All Stars.
